Learning Enablement (Technical Training) Specialist

About the role

The Learning Enablement (Technical Training) Specialist acts as the bridge between users of IDC’s Internal Data Platform and the product team. You will design engaging training experiences, keep content up‑to‑date, and help analysts maximise the value of the tools they use daily.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously update training materials that promote best practices for data analysis on the Internal Data Platform.
• Collaborate with the product team to integrate user feedback into platform enhancements and new feature releases.
• Create AI‑ready documentation using tools such as Claude, enriched with real user examples.
• Maintain the Training Portal and support roll‑outs across all learning platforms.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of data analysis methods, statistics and the ability to translate insights into workflow improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, comfortable working with global and regional leads.
• Highly organized, self‑directed and able to own processes with minimal oversight.
