Logistics Service Provider Account Manager

About the role

Responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating demand and supply management, business processes and delivery of products and services in line with company policy and regulatory requirements. The role partners with global stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements, manage costs and integrate new business units across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex supply chain processes including inventory analysis, demand planning, import/export operations and sales‑and‑operations planning.
• Identify improvement opportunities, develop recommendations and drive implementation across regional and global planning teams.
• Execute demand‑supply matching activities, connect planning to execution and resolve issues impacting performance.
• Define and review performance metrics, proposing actions to enhance service levels, on‑time delivery and cost efficiency.
• Lead and manage a regulatory trade compliance program.

Required profile

• University degree (advanced degree preferred) with 6‑10 years of supply chain experience.
• Experience across multiple supply chain functions and a broker’s license or equivalent customs/global trade background.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in multiple geographies.
• Strong business acumen and project‑management expertise.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Statistical analysis and financial modeling.
• Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Available to Promise (ATP) and master scheduling.
• National and international trade compliance and customs regulations.
• Inventory modeling and analysis.
• Project management of cross‑functional initiatives.
