Logistics Specialist – Prague

About the role

The Logistics Specialist will manage logistics activities to meet business fulfillment requirements while reducing transportation costs. You will coordinate shipments, support clients, and ensure compliance with customs and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming shipment requests, ensuring compliance with legal and customer requirements such as incoterms and service levels.
• Coordinate the full order‑management process, verifying customs codes, HS codes, ECCNs, and related documentation.
• Select carriers, provide necessary information to all parties, and issue transport‑related documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, customs instructions).
• Maintain proactive communication with freight forwarders, clients, and internal teams, keeping shipment records up‑to‑date.
• Monitor and track shipments, delivering regular status updates to clients.
• Utilise Allyn Logistics Application (ALA Cloud) for shipment processing and tracking.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to projects with Allyn and client teams.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service aligned with Allyn’s core values and teamwork culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably focused on logistics.
• International logistics experience (transportation, customs, supply‑chain principles) is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong multitasking, prioritisation, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
