M365 and IT Endpoint Solutions Specialist

About the role

The specialist will provide hands‑on administration, operational ownership and escalation support for SCCM, Intune, Microsoft 365 services and endpoint security. Acting as a subject‑matter expert, the role supports global IT services and collaborates closely with other IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer SCCM infrastructure, client health, software distribution, OS deployment, patching and reporting.
• Manage Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles and security baselines.
• Support Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and overall Microsoft 365 tenant configuration, licensing and governance.
• Provide second‑ and third‑level support for incidents, service requests and escalations across the Microsoft 365 and endpoint management stack.
• Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Microsoft Graph) and maintain technical documentation, SOPs and knowledge articles.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, SCCM, Intune or similar enterprise workplace services.
• Experience working in a global IT organization with formal change, incident and service management processes.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
