Management Consultant – Prague

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Management Consultant to join its Prague office. You will work on complex business challenges, helping clients redesign operations, drive growth and stay competitive across sectors such as automotive, utilities, financial services and pharma.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing business challenges and identify performance‑improvement opportunities.
• Develop forward‑looking strategies and practical implementation plans.
• Form hypotheses, design and conduct analyses, and translate insights into clear recommendations.
• Support clients through change initiatives and embed new ways of working.
• Apply Accenture’s frameworks and methodologies to deliver smarter, more efficient solutions.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in a consulting environment.
• Motivated, proactive, with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Czech or Slovak; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.
