Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a creative Marketing Coordinator to bring the Marriott brand to life across online and offline channels at our Prague hotel. You will collaborate with all hotel departments to develop engaging campaigns, produce inspiring content and ensure our digital presence reflects the unique guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Protect, promote and strengthen the Marriott brand identity across websites, social media and third‑party channels.
• Develop marketing activations and partnerships that drive guest engagement.
• Research, source and coordinate paid and organic content targeting the right audience.
• Analyze campaign and website performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support creation of marketing materials in Canva and assemble information packages for promotional events.
• Coordinate on‑property media visits, handling reservations, amenities and special requests.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Fluent in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to manage social‑media channels and stay on top of hospitality trends.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with Canva and AI‑driven content tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, organized and hands‑on attitude.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
