Marketing Lead – Contract Manufacturing Brand

About the role

The Marketing Lead for Novartis Contract Manufacturing will shape and execute the brand’s storytelling, visual identity, and content strategy across all platforms. This position bridges creativity and strategy to boost brand awareness, engage large‑pharma and biotech customers, and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated brand storytelling and marketing strategies to strengthen market positioning and increase awareness.
• Own the end‑to‑end content strategy and editorial calendar aligned with business priorities and solution offerings.
• Lead creation of technical and thought‑leadership content such as white papers, case studies, blogs, and presentations.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across digital, print, and event‑based materials.
• Oversee development of creative assets including graphics, videos, infographics, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Provide strategic leadership for trade shows, conferences, webinars, and industry events, including booth messaging and event‑related campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Life Sciences or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 8 + years progressive B2B marketing experience, preferably in pharma, biotech, CDMO or contract manufacturing.
• Proven expertise in brand management, content marketing and multi‑channel program execution.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience measuring campaign effectiveness, lead generation, SEO performance and ROI.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills in a global, fast‑paced environment.
