Marketing Manager – B2B Lead Generation

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager who will focus on external, B2B‑oriented campaigns that directly support business development and generate measurable leads. The role is hands‑on, with a strong emphasis on digital initiatives and tangible impact over brand‑only activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute external marketing activities aimed at B2B lead generation.
• Support the Business Development team through online marketing and CRM‑driven campaigns.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives, including performance campaigns and employer branding.
• Design and deliver campaigns with clear targets and measurable outcomes.
• Organise conferences and external events in cooperation with agencies.
• Manage relationships with PR and media agencies.
• Coordinate external partners and agencies, including tenders for events.
• Track and evaluate campaign performance, focusing on leads, conversion and ROIC.
• Co‑operate on employer branding and broader marketing initiatives, including internal events and communication.

Required profile

• Experience in B2B digital marketing and campaign execution.
• Professional proficiency in Czech/Slovak and English.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM (mandatory); Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to measure impact and present results (portfolio expected).
• Experience supporting sales or business development.
• Practical, proactive mindset with ownership.
