MedTech Customer Service Specialist (Italian)

About the role

The MedTech Customer Service Specialist will deliver high‑quality, transactional support to MedTech customers across EMEA from our Prague hub. You will manage end‑to‑end order processes, resolve case inquiries and ensure compliance within a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for inbound customer calls and CRM cases, handling order‑related issues professionally.
• Investigate, process and resolve cases concerning orders, returns, credits/debits and billing investigations.
• Accurately enter orders, credits and debits in ERP systems, securing approvals and documentation.
• Coordinate issue resolution with internal partners such as Commercial, AR, Supply Chain and external logistics providers.
• Log all interactions and case work in Salesforce (or preferred CRM) and guide customers to self‑service resources.
• Report adverse events and product quality complaints in line with regulatory requirements.
• Act as a subject‑matter resource, support team projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer service or related operational functions.
• Proven experience with case management and enterprise systems (Salesforce preferred; ERP experience such as JDE or SAP advantageous).
• Strong proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluent English and additional language(s) required for country coverage (e.g., Italian).
