Mid-Level Fullstack Engineer (Node & React)

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑Level Fullstack Engineer to join our product development team. You will work on building and scaling web and mobile applications for a range of early‑stage startups, scale‑ups, and global enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and version high‑quality web and mobile applications using Node.js and React.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate feature requirements into technical solutions.
• Own a specific area of the application, ensuring delivery, production‑level quality, and clear presentation to stakeholders.
• Prioritise business value by understanding product and user needs.
• Guarantee that applications meet security, scalability and performance standards.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience building digital products with Node.js and React.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Focus on code quality and best practices.
• Desire to learn new technologies and incorporate AI tools into the workflow.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
