Obchodní asistentka – podpora manažerky v kancelářském nábytku

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Assistant to act as the right‑hand support for the Commercial Manager of our office‑furniture division. You will work from our Prague office, ensuring smooth administrative and project coordination while the manager is often on site with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Organise office interior projects efficiently, from planning to execution.
• Manage orders, deliveries and maintain communication with domestic and foreign suppliers.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales department, including preparation of financial documents, invoice processing and upkeep of the order system.
• Use the Pohoda accounting system on a weekly basis (training provided).

Required profile

• Structured, careful and initiative‑driven with a strong sense of task completion.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
• Native‑level Czech language proficiency (spoken and written).
• Daily use of English for correspondence with international suppliers.
• Secondary education with an economic focus.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar administrative or sales support role.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience or willingness to learn the Pohoda accounting software.
