Operations Specialist – Car Sharing

About the role

We’re looking for an analytical and hands‑on Operations Specialist to support our car‑sharing team, Bolt Drive, in Prague. In this dynamic role you’ll manage city operations and drive business growth and profitability while ensuring a great user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a 10‑person field team, including shift planning, performance management, and team well‑being.
• Own daily and weekly car‑sharing operations, covering fleet availability, cleanliness, damage management, and cost‑related KPIs.
• Manage 3PL partners by negotiating terms, monitoring service quality, and ensuring accountability against agreed KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Fleet Manager to maintain strong relationships with importers, dealers, repair services, landlords, municipalities, and other service providers.
• Co‑lead expansion initiatives with the GM, including commercial partnerships, new‑city feasibility assessments, and go‑to‑market readiness.
• Plan the monthly supply strategy, analyse supply, ride, revenue, and cost data, and automate manual workflows where possible.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in operations, business development, or expansion, preferably within a startup or technology environment.
• Proven people‑management experience with the ability to lead, develop, and support an operational team.
• Strong commercial track record, including sourcing, negotiation, and partner management.
• Comfortable owning 3PL relationships, service quality, and cost efficiency.
• Analytical and structured, able to build processes from scratch and use data to guide decisions.
• Fluent in English and Czech or Slovak, based in Prague, and willing to travel when needed.
