Outlet Host/Hostess

About the role

We are seeking friendly, reliable, and professional Hosts/Hostesses to be the first point of contact for guests at our outlet. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth event operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist with guest check‑in and registration.
• Provide information about the event, venue, or services.
• Guide guests to the appropriate areas.
• Handle basic guest inquiries and support requests.
• Ensure smooth flow and organization during events.
• Maintain a positive and approachable attitude at all times.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Previous experience in hospitality, events, or customer service is an advantage.
