Paid Internship in Ocean Freight Department

About the role

Logwin is offering a paid three‑month internship in its Ocean Freight Department in Prague. The position provides hands‑on exposure to the full export and import ocean freight process, allowing you to work independently after a structured onboarding and training period.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of ocean freight shipments for both export and import.
• Coordinate with sales, freight forwarders, and Logwin offices worldwide to identify cost‑effective solutions.
• Negotiate rates and secure container vessel capacity with shipping lines.
• Maintain communication with all parties involved to ensure smooth shipment handling.
• Assist in preparing documentation and tracking shipment status.

Required profile

• Graduates or current students eager to start a career in transport, shipping, or logistics.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, goal‑oriented, energetic and a genuine team player.
• Available to work full‑time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday.
