Partner Marketing Manager

About the role

Y Soft is seeking a senior Partner Marketing Manager to drive SAFEQ Cloud adoption across its Frontline partner channels in the EMEA region. You will own campaigns, events, and partner programs from planning through execution, adapting successful initiatives from other regions for the European market.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for Frontline sales teams and channel partners across France/Benelux, DACH/CEE, UK/Ireland, and the Nordics.
• Identify and adapt proven marketing programs from other regions into repeatable packages for Europe.
• Design and implement channel sales, incentive, and promotion programs aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, managing branded communications and newsletters.
• Plan, design, and execute regional marketing events such as partner conferences, roadshows, executive roundtables, and webinars.
• Lead trade show participation, including booth design, logistics, lead capture, staffing, sponsorship negotiation, and post‑event follow‑up.
• Coordinate joint activations with strategic vendors (e.g., Konica Minolta, HP, Ricoh, Xerox, Fujifilm).
• Measure event ROI through pipeline contribution, lead quality, partner engagement, and brand visibility.
• Own the marketing budget for assigned Frontline regions, handling planning, allocation, tracking, and quarterly forecasting.
• Manage Market Development Funds and co‑marketing investments, ensuring compliance and claim submission.

Required profile

• Senior‑level marketer with proactive planning, independent judgment, and end‑to‑end program ownership.
• Strong European mindset, comfortable working across France/Benelux, DACH/CEE, UK/Ireland, and the Nordics.
• Proven experience in organizational leadership, sales/partner enablement, and launching world‑class products or programs.
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to craft compelling value propositions, and data‑driven goal setting.
• Deep understanding of business strategy, metrics, and results‑oriented execution.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
