Key responsibilities

• Support the pastry station by assisting the Pastry Chef with daily prep, baking, and ensuring flawless service for desserts, amenities, and pastries.
• Deliver perfection by preparing and plating beautiful desserts, afternoon‑tea items, and sweet treats to the highest luxury standards.
• Learn and grow by mastering classic and modern pastry techniques, working with premium seasonal ingredients, and understanding fine‑dining precision.
• Keep it spotless by maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace compliant with food‑safety regulations.

Required profile

• Solid foundation: degree in pastry/culinary arts or previous experience/internships in a professional kitchen or pastry shop.
• Precision and eagerness to learn: proactive attitude, patience, strong eye for detail, and desire to constantly improve.
• Reliable team player: good communication skills, positive mindset, and ability to work well under pressure.
• Language skills: good command of English and/or Czech for smooth daily communication.
