Payments Specialist (EMEA) – French required

About the role

We are seeking a fluent French speaker to join our Global Services Procurement Payments & Experience team in Prague. The Payments Specialist will support the regional procurement function, ensuring smooth payment processes and compliance with policies, tax, and legal requirements across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Payments function, meeting agreed service level agreements.
• Ensure compliance with policy, tax, local and legal statutory requirements.
• Coach junior colleagues on payment techniques, processes and responsibilities.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to develop and execute strategies that improve profitability and competitive position.
• Drive continuous improvements in user experience, effectiveness and efficiency.
• Support automation and artificial intelligence initiatives within the payments area.
• Build strong relationships with business partners to understand and influence their needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fluent French language skills.
• Experience in procurement, payments or related finance functions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under moderate supervision as an individual contributor.
