Penetration Tester

About the role

Resideo is looking for a highly driven Penetration Tester to protect our systems, products, and customers. You will hunt for vulnerabilities across hardware, web and mobile applications, cloud environments, and on‑premise infrastructure, thinking like an attacker to uncover and remediate complex security issues.

Key responsibilities

• Perform advanced penetration tests on networks, applications, and systems.
• Own complex security projects and deliver high‑quality results on schedule.
• Utilise advanced tools and methodologies for vulnerability assessment.
• Document findings and provide detailed, actionable reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Dedicate time each week to self‑development and preparation for industry‑recognised certifications.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in cybersecurity with a focus on penetration testing and vulnerability assessment.
• Strong desire for continuous learning and certification preparation.
• Ability to analyse complex security problems and propose practical solutions.
• Business‑level proficiency in English.
