People Analytics Specialist – HR Data & BI

About the role
Deutsche Börse Group is looking for a People Analytics Specialist to turn complex people data into actionable business strategy. Based in Prague, you will work closely with senior leadership, support quarterly organisational restructuring and help modernise reporting with Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver recurring and ad‑hoc HR reporting packages, metrics and dashboards for top management and the Executive Board.
- Automate manual reports and build self‑service dashboards using Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Own reporting products end‑to‑end, define new People KPIs and set best practices for data visualisation.
- Support analytical implementation of organisational changes and quarterly reorganisations across global entities.
- Manage stakeholder inquiries, troubleshoot data discrepancies and champion data governance and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, HR Services and business leaders in multiple locations.
Required profile
- Relevant university degree or proven experience in business analytics, reporting or data visualisation.
- High attention to detail, precision with numbers and strict respect for confidential employee data.
- Strong interpersonal skills to translate complex findings into executive‑ready insights.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) for daily work in an international environment.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, data modelling, pivot tables).
- Power BI.
- SAP Analytics Cloud.
- SAP SuccessFactors (and optionally SAP S/4HANA).
- Tableau or Looker.
