People Operations Expert

About the role

AB InBev is looking for a People Operations Expert to ensure a smooth employee experience across multiple markets. You will partner with People Business Partners and stakeholders to manage the full employee lifecycle while keeping processes compliant and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Own and support People processes such as onboarding, off‑boarding, leave management, internal mobility and the annual People Cycle.
• Collaborate with People Business Partners to deliver consistent, legally compliant processes.
• Guide employees on People policies, legislative updates and employee‑relations matters.
• Maintain accurate employee data in Workday and SAP, ensuring audit‑ready documentation.
• Monitor labour legislation, translate changes into practical People policies.
• Identify and implement improvements to simplify and automate People processes.
• Use data and KPIs to track process performance, flag risks and recommend enhancements.
• Support change‑management initiatives, providing communication and guidance during system or policy changes.
• Lead or contribute to People projects aligned with business objectives.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Law or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, HR Operations, People Operations or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of employee‑lifecycle processes and local labour legislation.
• People‑first mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
