Performance Marketing Lead

About the role

Apify is looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to scale paid acquisition, own channel strategy, budget, and build a high‑performing team. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Data and the broader marketing organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition across all channels, defining strategy, mix and performance targets.
• Build, hire and develop the performance marketing team, shaping its structure as it grows.
• Set and manage a multi‑million‑dollar budget, forecast allocation and report on ROI, LTV/CAC and other KPIs.
• Design and maintain attribution models together with the Data team.
• Run end‑to‑end testing programs covering creative, copy, landing pages and audience segmentation.
• Align campaigns with product positioning, ICPs and messaging, feeding insights back into targeting.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth or user acquisition, preferably in B2B SaaS or PLG companies.
• Proven track record building and leading a performance marketing team.
• Experience managing budgets of $1M+ and deep knowledge of LTV/CAC, payback periods and ROAS.
• Hands‑on experience with major ad platforms and at least some affiliate, partner or influencer channels.
• Ability to communicate strategy, budget requests and results clearly in English to executive leadership.
