Planning Tool Consultant I Finance Transformation

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic consultant to help a client transform internal finance processes onto the cloud‑based planning platform Anaplan. This role offers the chance to contribute to high‑impact planning initiatives within a dynamic, forward‑thinking organization.

Key responsibilities

• Quick onboarding into an established project team and analysis of the current setup.
• Design and develop Anaplan models that support business planning and strategic decision‑making.
• Take early ownership of tasks and deliverables with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Participate in client workshops, testing sessions and end‑user trainings.
• Provide timely feedback and progress updates to business owners and the project team.
• Collaborate on internal strategy initiatives, service proposals and new project opportunities.
• Access internal trainings, learning sessions and knowledge‑sharing activities to continuously develop skills.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of implementation or support experience with EPM tools (e.g., Anaplan, SAP BPC, SAP IBP, Oracle Hyperion, etc.).
• Background knowledge of finance processes such as FP&A, controlling or management accounting.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong customer focus, proactive attitude and excellent written/oral English; Czech is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Anaplan and other EPM platforms (SAP BPC, SAP IBP, Oracle Hyperion, IBM Cognos TM1, Tagetik, OneStream, Board, Pigment).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint storytelling and Excel modeling.
• Experience with data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Practical use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, GPT Codex, Copilot) is preferred.
