Platform AI Engineer – Market & Patient Access

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Platform AI Engineer to lead the design and implementation of an AI‑augmented software engineering pipeline for our Market & Patient Access team. Reporting to the Platform Delivery Lead, you will integrate large language models and generative AI tools into our CI/CD workflows to boost developer productivity, software quality, and delivery speed.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy an AI‑augmented pipeline that automates code review, test generation, vulnerability scanning and deployment across the SDLC.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI developer assistants (e.g., Gemini Code Assist, GitHub Copilot) into CI/CD pipelines and developer environments.
• Collaborate with architects, agile squads and the Delivery Lead to identify bottlenecks and deliver targeted AI solutions.
• Monitor, measure and report on efficiency gains and impact of AI tools, ensuring compliance with biopharma quality, data security and privacy standards.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, MLOps practices and evaluate new tools to keep the organization at the cutting edge.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on software engineering experience with a strong focus on AI integration or machine‑learning applications.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Demonstrated experience using generative AI APIs, prompt engineering and AI‑assisted development tools.
