Process Consultant – Technology Consulting (German Projects)

About the role

Join PwC's Prague near‑shore hub supporting German‑language transformation projects for leading financial institutions. As a Process Consultant you will help banks, insurers and investment firms modernise their operations, optimise processes and implement technology‑driven change.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and optimise back‑office and middle‑office processes.
• Identify digitisation, efficiency, cost‑reduction and regulatory compliance opportunities.
• Gather requirements and design future‑state processes with client stakeholders.
• Support transformation initiatives from analysis through implementation.
• Deploy technologies such as Business Analytics, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Process Mining.
• Prepare project documentation, presentations, management reports and decision‑making materials.
• Work in both traditional and agile delivery environments and support project governance.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Engineering or a related field.
• Up to one year of relevant practical experience.
• Strong German language capability.
• Interest in financial services (banking, insurance, investment).
