Process Engineer

About the role

As a Process Engineer in Rohlik’s Automation team, you will lead end‑to‑end improvement projects across the fulfillment network, turning slow or manual processes into efficient, automated solutions on the warehouse floor. You will work with both hardware such as robotics and conveyors and software including control logic and orchestration optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify improvement opportunities in the fulfillment network and quantify throughput, labour impact and payback.
• Develop business cases, prepare capex/opex estimates and present to senior stakeholders.
• Design, test, install and pilot physical automation or software/control changes, coordinating internal teams, vendors and contractors.
• Standardise solutions into reusable templates and playbooks for future projects.
• Partner with Procurement and Operations throughout the project lifecycle, from RFIs/RFQs to handover with documentation and training.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse automation and process improvement, with full project ownership.
• Strong analytical and business modelling skills.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional projects and negotiate with vendors.
• Professional proficiency in English and willingness to work on‑site at fulfillment centres.
