Procurement Manager – Site Services France

About the role

Sandoz is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead Site Services procurement for France. The role will be based locally in either Prague or Madrid and will support the global procurement strategy while focusing on service and CAPEX spend in France.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Site Services France strategic goals aligned with the overall procurement strategy.
• Achieve productivity and cost‑efficiency targets for service and CAPEX categories in France.
• Support centrally led processes such as SFCM and Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM).
• Drive global, regional and local projects across Service & CAPEX functions, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Manage the end‑to‑end French procurement process, ensuring compliance with policies and integration of capability centres.
• Maintain senior and executive stakeholder relationships for Service & CAPEX.
• Execute the Source‑to‑Contract process, prepare and conduct fact‑based negotiations, and monitor contract expirations.

Required profile

• University degree in Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in a large multinational, preferably pharmaceutical.
• Proven experience leading sourcing projects and contract negotiations with strategic suppliers.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical mindset and ability to balance risk, quality and cost.
• Fluent in French and English (Spanish optional).

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with SAP and SAP Ariba (preferred).
