Procurement Operations Manager

About the role

Collibra is looking for a Procurement Operations Manager to own product & engineering (P&E) and general & administrative (G&A) category spend. The role will manage the full vendor lifecycle and ensure operational excellence across purchase order management, invoice processing, and compliance. It is a hybrid position based in Prague, requiring at least two days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage category spend across G&A, product, and engineering functions, serving as the primary point of contact for vendor relationships and spend decisions.
• Oversee the complete vendor lifecycle—including intake, review, redlining, and renewal—to ensure contracts align with business objectives.
• Validate invoices, resolve discrepancies, and handle exceptions to guarantee timely and accurate payments.
• Administer the corporate P‑Card program, ensuring policy compliance, reconciliation oversight, and employee guidance.
• Lead vendor contract reviews and execution, securing favorable terms and adherence to procurement standards.
• Collaborate with P&E, Finance, Legal, IT, HR, and Facilities teams to align procurement operations with organizational priorities.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of procurement operations or procurement support experience.
• Proven experience managing vendor relationships and contract lifecycle processes.
• Solid understanding of procure‑to‑pay processes, including PO management, three‑way match, and invoice validation.
• Familiarity with P‑Card program administration and spend compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and a track record of accuracy in financial or operational processes.
• Experience in a SaaS environment and demonstrated use of AI tools to solve business challenges.

Required skills

• Experience with Zip, Tropic, NetSuite, and/or DocuSign.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or Copilot.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
