Procurement Specialist – Group Procurement

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Procurement Specialist to support the Group Procurement function of a fast‑growing Czech fintech. In this role you will combine strategic oversight with hands‑on execution, handling contract renewals, supplier onboarding and savings tracking across FTMO and OANDA.

Key responsibilities

• Drive execution of procurement tasks, follow up on open items and ensure timely completion.
• Record, maintain and report approved savings data to keep financial targets on track.
• Process contract renewals and vendor onboarding, monitor deadlines and manage related documentation.
• Keep vendor records, centralized files and database systems up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with the OANDA sourcing team, using their ERP and vendor networks.
• Promote operational efficiency and alignment between FTMO and OANDA procurement teams.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or vendor management within an international group.
• Proven hands‑on experience in savings tracking.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Ability to obtain quotes, compare prices and prepare contract data.
• Experience in fintech or e‑commerce, preferably in a financially regulated environment.
• Strong communication skills with remote team members.

Required skills

• Use of AI tools such as Claude Cowork or Gemini.
• Advanced spreadsheet handling and data organization.
• Familiarity with ERP systems for sourcing and vendor management.
