Procurement Specialist – SaaS & Corporate Services

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to support Nebius’s global operations, focusing on SaaS, corporate services, and other indirect spend categories. You will work closely with Finance, Security, Legal and other internal teams to drive cost efficiency, optimize supplier performance and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously, from request for proposal (RFP) creation to contract award.
• Formulate RFPs, quotations, and information requests; conduct bid analysis, tenders and risk evaluations.
• Lead cross‑functional teams through competitive bidding, negotiate commercial terms and develop supplier contracts.
• Strategically source services and goods, evaluate suppliers against cost, quality and risk criteria.
• Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel to minimize operational, legal and financial risks.
• Monitor market trends, generate sourcing decisions and report on procurement KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional procurement experience, preferably in SaaS or indirect categories.
• Proven ability to lead RFP processes, negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
