Product Manager - AI Services

About the role

As Product Manager for AI Services, you will own the product lifecycle for a shared foundation of AI capabilities that internal teams build on, enabling faster and more efficient solutions for customers. You will coach teams, consolidate needs, define clear requirements, and maintain a prioritized backlog aligned with company strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for AI Services, a shared collection of common AI capabilities leveraged by Esko product and engineering teams.
• Gather needs from cross‑functional product teams and translate them into clear, well‑scoped requirements for the AI engineering teams.
• Act as a bridge between the AI platform and product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure successful delivery of AI‑powered capabilities.
• Help teams bootstrap their own AI initiatives on top of the shared capabilities, clarifying existing assets and next steps.
• Define and maintain adoption and success metrics, using them to continuously re‑prioritize the backlog.
• Communicate roadmap, priorities, and trade‑offs to engineering, product, and leadership stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software product management, preferably with platform or API products used across multiple internal teams.
• Undergraduate or master’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
• Fluent English (native or professional proficiency).
• Proven experience launching and scaling AI‑powered capabilities from proof‑of‑concept to production.
• Demonstrated ability to gather and distill requirements from diverse, global stakeholders and align competing priorities.
