Product Manager – Self-Care & Cleaning

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to build and grow our self‑care and home‑care assortment, aligning with Vilgain’s clean and high‑quality ethos. The role blends product ownership, supplier sourcing, launch execution, and commercial thinking across natural cleaning and personal care segments.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow the assortment across self‑care and home cleaning categories.
• Source and manage suppliers in the natural, eco‑certified and clean product segment.
• Own product launches from idea through market execution.
• Manage margin, pricing and inventory for the category.
• Collaborate with QA, regulatory and marketing teams to ensure timely product delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Product Manager, Buyer or similar role in cleaning, self‑care, personal care or FMCG.
• Familiarity with suppliers in the natural, eco or clean segment.
• Understanding of margin, pricing and sell‑through metrics.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and drive projects forward.
• Strong communication skills and capacity to handle two related sub‑segments simultaneously.

Required skills

• Knowledge of natural, eco‑certified product sourcing.
• Basic understanding of cosmetics regulation (EU 1223/2009) – nice to have.
