Product Manager – Self‑Care & Cleaning

About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager to develop and expand our self‑care and natural cleaning portfolio, aligning with Vilgain’s clean‑and‑high‑quality ethos. You will own the product lifecycle from concept through launch, working closely with suppliers, QA, regulatory and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow the assortment across self‑care and home‑cleaning categories.
• Source and manage suppliers in the natural, eco‑certified segment.
• Lead product launches from idea generation to market execution.
• Monitor and optimise margin, pricing and inventory.
• Collaborate with QA, regulatory and marketing to ensure timely, compliant product delivery.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience as a Product Manager, Buyer or similar role in cleaning, self‑care, personal care or FMCG.
• Familiarity with suppliers in the natural, eco or clean segment.
• Understanding of margin, pricing and sell‑through metrics.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and drive projects forward.
• Strong communication skills and capacity to manage two related sub‑segments simultaneously.
