Product Marketing Manager (Brno)

About the role

Whalebone is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to shape the commercial narrative of its cybersecurity solutions. Based in Brno, you will work at the crossroads of product, sales, customer success, growth and market intelligence to turn deep customer insights into compelling positioning and messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse market, customer, and competitive data from CRM, feedback loops and research.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Growth teams to understand buying criteria and objections.
• Develop clear positioning, value propositions and messaging frameworks for global and regional audiences.
• Create sales tools, briefs and launch strategies that enable commercial teams to win deals.
• Validate messaging with evidence, challenge assumptions and continuously refine the commercial story.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex cybersecurity capabilities into simple benefits.
• Proactive collaborator comfortable working across product, sales and customer‑facing functions.
