Product Marketing Specialist

About the role

ESO is seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to craft clear, differentiated stories for complex products, supporting revenue growth and customer engagement. You will work remotely from anywhere in the Czech Republic, collaborating with product, sales, and demand generation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with cross‑functional teams to develop go‑to‑market plans that align across ESO offerings.
• Drive customer‑facing operational communications, delivering clear updates for planned changes and unplanned service issues.
• Work closely with the Product team to share market and buyer insights that inform the roadmap.
• Develop solution positioning and messaging based on market research and buyer challenges.
• Conduct competitor monitoring, win/loss interviews, and message testing to keep positioning relevant.
• Create a variety of content types (written, video, presentations) to support revenue goals.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement to produce targeted content, playbooks, and messaging for consistent value articulation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B product marketing experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS.
• Self‑starter able to thrive in a fast‑moving, ever‑changing environment.
• Strong communicator with excellent writing skills, capable of translating complex value propositions into simple content.
• Comfortable with public speaking and presenting to varied audiences.
• Experience conducting market research and extracting insights to shape positioning.
