Product & Web Designer

About the role

Action1, an autonomous patch management platform used by many Fortune 500 companies, is looking for a Product & Web Designer to shape the user experience of its SaaS platform. The designer will focus on product interfaces, usability and consistent design patterns, working closely with Product Managers and R&D teams to turn product requirements and user needs into practical solutions. The role is hands-on, with occasional visual design support for web, HR and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive user interfaces for the SaaS platform
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes
• Improve usability and simplify complex product workflows
• Refine interfaces based on user feedback, usability insights and technical constraints
• Occasionally create visuals for websites, HR initiatives and marketing materials

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design, preferably for SaaS or web applications
• Nice to have: experience with complex B2B SaaS products, dashboards or administrative interfaces
• Nice to have: user research, usability testing and data-informed design experience
• Nice to have: understanding of responsive design, accessibility and WCAG principles
• Nice to have: basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and frontend constraints, and familiarity with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity or endpoint management products
• A portfolio showing the problem, design approach and final solution is requested

Required skills

• Strong UI/UX skills: interaction design, user flows, information architecture and visual design
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools
