Project Manager – Atlassian Solutions (Hybrid, Prague)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise‑level IT initiatives focused on Atlassian project‑management solutions as part of a large‑scale digital transformation programme. The role starts in October 2026, is long‑term, and will be based in Prague with a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of IT projects in an Agile environment, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of 20+ members, ensuring effective collaboration between analysts, architects, developers and business stakeholders.
• Plan, monitor and report project progress to business leaders and management.
• Facilitate project governance meetings and decision‑making processes.
• Oversee successful implementation and adoption of Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence and Xray.
• Maintain project documentation and uphold high delivery standards.
• Identify, mitigate and resolve project risks and issues.
• Support continuous improvement of project‑management processes and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale IT projects and leading teams of more than 20 people.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience working with cross‑functional technical teams.
• Preferred certifications such as PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2.
• Experience in enterprise digital transformation projects and familiarity with IT Service Management processes.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with the Atlassian ecosystem: Jira, Confluence and Xray.
• Strong knowledge of Agile project delivery methodologies.
