Project Manager - Mechanical

About the role

Bilfinger is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead the delivery of engineering projects for its industrial clients across the Czech Republic. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and according to technical specifications while maintaining close communication with customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure successful implementation of assigned projects.
• Lead and coordinate the project team.
• Maintain compliance with technical specifications, schedule, and cost plans.
• Communicate with customers, prepare offers and project documentation.
• Support the sales department in acquiring new projects.
• Coordinate project documentation and ensure proper filing.
• Provide regular reporting on project progress.

Required profile

• University or secondary technical education in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar project management role.
• Knowledge of permitting processes.
• Proficient in English (communicative level).
• Valid driver’s licence category B.
• Optional: ČKAIT authorization.
