Quality Engineering Test Lead

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive testing architectures that align with business and functional requirements.
• Advise on innovative testing products and solutions to enhance seamless experiences across the ecosystem.
• Leverage quality assurance practices to transform processes and applications for improved outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional groups to ensure quality standards are met and continuously improved.
• Analyze testing results and provide actionable insights to support decision‑making and process enhancements.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in Test Management.
• Advanced proficiency in Project Management.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent English communication in a work environment.
• Proficiency in Czech or Slovak (minimum B2 level).

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Status Reporting.
• Intermediate proficiency in Atlassian JIRA.
• Intermediate proficiency in SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Intermediate proficiency in Risk Assessment.
• Intermediate proficiency in Process Improvement.
