Recruiter – End‑to‑End Hiring for Mobile Gaming Agency

About the role

Join a fast‑growing mobile gaming agency and own the full recruitment cycle for creative, marketing and sales positions across the EU. You will shape the hiring process and help build a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Own recruitment end‑to‑end across creative, marketing and sales roles throughout the EU.
• Fill open positions from junior spots to leadership chairs using direct outreach, referral programs and new platforms.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate team needs into the right hire.
• Maintain and monitor the recruitment stack and metrics, flagging issues early.
• Contribute to People & Ops initiatives such as onboarding, employer branding, employee engagement projects and company events.

Required profile

• Approximately 3 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience in‑house or agency across various functions and seniority levels.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• People‑oriented mindset focused on matching the right candidate with the right role.
• Proactive outreach ability, connecting meaningfully with passive talent.
• Adaptable methods and proficiency with AI recruitment tools.
