Recruiter – Western Europe (France & Germany focus)

About the role

Bodycote is seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead talent acquisition across Western Europe, with a primary focus on France and Germany. You will act as the bridge between the business and the external talent market, ensuring the right people are hired to support growth and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment processes for roles across Western Europe.
• Source, engage, and assess candidates using a variety of channels and tools.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and influence decisions.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future requirements.
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve talent acquisition practices.

Required profile

• Proven sourcing expertise in France and Germany.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset with a focus on high‑quality outcomes.
• Strong relationship‑building and consultative influencing skills.
• Fluency in English, French, and German, both written and spoken.
