About the role

The Supply Management Specialist will be responsible for creating purchase orders, analysing inventory trends and ensuring optimal stock levels for pharmaceutical products. The role requires strong analytical thinking, data‑driven decision making and effective communication with both suppliers and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Create purchase orders for medicines, medical devices and dietary supplements.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding order status and delivery.
• Analyse inventory data to maintain optimal stock levels for assigned product portfolios.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as stock availability, turnover and order fulfilment.
• Prepare reports and indicators that support accurate ordering and prevent stock‑outs or overstock.
• Coordinate product orders for supplier marketing actions.
• Adjust pricing, evaluate price changes and ensure appropriate compensation.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, call‑centre and logistics teams across the company.

• Analytical mindset with ability to work with data in context.
• Attention to detail when reviewing numbers, reports and inventory metrics.
• Independent work style and proactive problem‑solving.
• Ability to assess situations, identify risks and propose suitable solutions.
• Decisiveness and strong communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proficient computer skills for everyday PC tasks.
• Professional appearance and good interpersonal abilities.
