Regional HSEQ Manager – EMEA

About the role

The Regional HSEQ Manager, EMEA, will lead health, safety, environmental and quality initiatives across Europe, the Middle East and Africa for Fuller Technologies. Based in Brno, the role partners with regional leadership and global HSEQ experts to embed a strong safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the HSEQ strategy for the EMEA region in line with corporate objectives and local regulations.
• Promote a proactive safety culture focused on risk reduction, employee engagement and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with operations, manufacturing, field service, engineering and leadership teams to enhance HSE performance and operational discipline.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, environmental laws and standards across the region.
• Lead regional safety and work environment committees, providing oversight and guidance.
• Design and deliver HSEQ training, education and awareness programs for leaders, managers and staff.
• Manage HSEQ reporting, documentation, record‑keeping and regulatory submissions accurately and on time.
• Conduct site audits, inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations and corrective‑action programs.
• Monitor HSEQ metrics, trends and leading indicators to drive performance improvements.

Required profile

• Significant experience leading health, safety, environmental and quality functions in an industrial setting.
• Deep understanding of EMEA regulatory environments, including countries such as Denmark, Germany, Italy, Spain, Turkey, UAE, Egypt and the Czech Republic.
• Proven ability to work with works councils, work environment committees and employee representative groups.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills in a fast‑paced, global environment.
• Willingness to be present on‑site in Brno on a regular basis.

Required skills

• Extensive knowledge of EMEA health, safety, environmental and quality regulations.
• Experience in risk assessment, incident investigation and corrective‑action processes.
• Ability to lead safety committees and deliver effective HSEQ training.
