Regional People Partner – Czechia

About the role

As a Regional People Partner you will work closely with senior leaders and managers in Czechia, supporting day‑to‑day people matters and long‑term strategic priorities. The role blends advisory, partnership and hands‑on delivery, helping leaders make informed decisions and ensuring People initiatives are well‑designed and executed.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers, providing guidance on complex people topics and supporting sound decision‑making.
• Ensure consistent and effective execution of core People processes such as performance, engagement, compensation, development and DEI across teams.
• Lead employee‑relations matters, balancing business needs with compliance and best practices.
• Drive initiatives that enhance employee experience, focusing on engagement, well‑being and inclusion.
• Collaborate with Centres of Expertise and other stakeholders to deliver aligned, high‑quality People solutions.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities and translate them into actionable, business‑relevant improvements.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience as a People Partner working closely with business leaders.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and influencing skills, able to challenge and support at all levels.
• Experience across core HR areas, including employee relations and performance management.
• Solid understanding of labour law and employee‑relations practices in Czechia.
• Ability to operate autonomously and navigate ambiguity in a fast‑changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Czech or Slovakian.
