Regional Senior Finance Analyst

About the role

The Regional Senior Finance Analyst will join the EMEA FP&A function of a leading global consumer goods organisation. Based in Prague, this hybrid position supports commercial finance across the region, focusing on financial planning, analytics, standardisation and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate EMEA Free Cash Flow results for quarterly close and forecasting cycles.
• Own analytics for Accounts Payable, Other Assets and Other Liabilities.
• Lead planning and analytics activities across the region.
• Coordinate the Balance Sheet planning cycle for EMEA.
• Take ownership of P&L and Balance Sheet FP&A activities for designated business models.
• Support transitions and improvements in financial reporting processes.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to senior finance leadership.
• Partner with business stakeholders to support financial plans and forecasts.
• Drive standardisation, process improvement and data integrity initiatives.
• Support Free Cash Flow planning and analytics improvement projects.
• Manage and support an intern or student placement.
• Respond to ad‑hoc reporting and analysis requests.

Required profile

• Previous experience in FP&A or a comparable commercial finance role.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical capability.
• Experience working within a commercial organisation and across matrixed relationships.
• Proven track record of delivering process improvements in complex environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to influence at various organisational levels.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and organisational skills.
• Comfort working in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
