About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑level customer service in line with PUMA brand values and standards.
• Actively approach customers, identify their needs and recommend suitable product solutions.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, KPIs and other commercial indicators through a professional sales approach.
• Accurately process sales transactions at the register and ensure correctness of related processes.
• Maintain an attractive store appearance and uphold visual standards and merchandising guidelines.
• Receive, replenish and prepare merchandise for sale, ensuring proper movement between stock and the sales floor.
• Identify business opportunities and share suggestions with store management to boost sales and improve the customer experience.
• Contribute to a positive, energetic and team‑oriented atmosphere characteristic of the PUMA brand.

Required profile

• First sales experience in retail is an advantage.
• Passion for the PUMA brand.
• Customer‑oriented, reliable and friendly personality.
• Strong team player with quick learning ability.
• Excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy with knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs.
• Moderate proficiency in English.
