RevOps and Sales Transformation Lead

About the role

We are looking for a RevOps and Sales Transformation Lead to redesign and operate the commercial system of our fast‑growing fintech platform. You will create a next‑generation sales operating model that will be used by teams across seven countries, delivering immediate impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the operating system for the next‑generation sales organization, covering pipeline management, forecasting, qualification frameworks and CRM processes.
• Collaborate across Sales, Data, BI, Product, Offer Management and AI teams, acting as the connector between functions and countries.
• Move between strategic work with the CCO on the sales operating model and hands‑on execution, turning new processes into practical, working solutions.

Required profile

• Comfortable working with ambiguity, bringing structure where no playbook exists.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset, willing to challenge the status quo.
• Excellent communicator and connector across teams, functions and countries.
• Bias toward action – you build, test and implement, not just analyze.
• Curious about AI and new technologies, pragmatic about real business impact.
• Ownership‑driven, able to move projects forward without detailed definitions.
