Rewards Manager – Czech Republic, UK & Ireland

About the role

Join our team as the Rewards Manager CZ and UK&I and help shape a competitive, future‑focused rewards strategy across multiple markets. You will influence compensation and benefits programmes that support employee experience, business goals and organisational growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve rewards operations across the Czech Republic, United Kingdom and Ireland, ensuring alignment with company standards.
• Design, implement and manage compensation and benefits strategies that meet workforce needs and market competitiveness.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert, providing guidance to HR teams, business stakeholders and employees.
• Manage end‑to‑end compensation and benefits processes, including local benefits, bonus programmes, allowances and communications.
• Coordinate local job‑grading activities and own the flexible benefits framework in the Czech Republic and United Kingdom.
• Analyse rewards data, conduct market benchmarking and identify opportunities to automate and simplify processes.

Required profile

• Fluency in English; Czech language skills are a plus.
• Minimum three years of experience in rewards, compensation or benefits.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with data‑driven decision making.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
