About the role

Join the historic Mandarin Oriental in Prague as a Room Attendant, delivering the high‑standard cleaning and guest‑service experience expected at a five‑star luxury hotel. You will work in a beautifully preserved 14th‑century monastery, ensuring every guestroom meets the brand’s exacting quality.

Key responsibilities

• Clean hotel rooms to the required standard.
• Provide evening turndown service according to brand guidelines.
• Check, replenish, and record minibar items.
• Perform general cleaning tasks on an annual schedule.

Required profile

• Diligence and strong attention to detail.
• Experience in a hotel environment is an advantage.
• Communicative and pleasant demeanor towards guests.
