Sales Associate – Prague Boutique

About the role

We are looking for retail talents with passion and drive for our boutique in Prague. As a member of our team, you are responsible for excellent customer care and service quality according to our current standards. You are the ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and make every customer feel welcomed and cherished on an exclusive level.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Ensure a welcoming client‑focused environment and provide best‑in‑class service in person, by phone and electronically.
• Develop a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
• Demonstrate strong product expertise, sharing details and stories of our products.
• Resolve client issues in partnership with management.
• Manage stock assignments, organize floor inventory, and participate in inventory counts while protecting boutique assets.

Required profile

• Minimum two years experience in retail or hospitality.
• Strong drive for business results with passion for creativity, fashion and the Maison.
• Excellent communication skills to build lasting relationships.
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer service across all channels.
• Flexible priority management and time‑management in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in Czech and English; additional language is a plus.
