Sales Development Representative – AMS Shift

About the role

You will own your outcomes, from strategy to execution, acting as the first point of contact for inbound leads while also hunting new business. The role follows a dual‑funnel approach, balancing rapid inbound response with proactive outbound prospecting across the AMS region.

Key responsibilities

• Rapidly follow up on inbound leads to maximize conversion.
• Execute targeted outbound campaigns to book meetings with strategic net‑new accounts.
• Multi‑thread within engaged accounts by researching and reaching additional decision‑makers.
• Conduct deep buyer‑persona research and personalize outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Generate a robust pipeline by scheduling high‑quality discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Collaborate with SDRs, Account Executives, and Marketing to refine messaging and sales playbooks.
• Manage daily workflow using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, and Salesforce.

Required profile

• Full fluency in English and eligibility to work in the USA.
• Strong work ethic, resilience, and a “Can‑Do” attitude.
• 1+ years experience in an SDR or similar B2B sales role, with inbound and outbound prospecting.
• Proven ability to multi‑thread and navigate complex corporate hierarchies.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline targets.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
